About Paragon pet care

Eden is our mascot, the inspiration behind Paragon, and the dog who completed our family in 2019.

We found her living outside in a small cage, having spent weeks in isolation. She came to us with severe separation anxiety, a high prey drive, no recall, a fear of travelling and behaviours that required far more than simply giving her more exercise. She needed patience, understanding, consistency and safe, knowledgeable care.

When we looked for help, we struggled to find the kind of service we wanted to trust. Too often, care felt rushed or transactional. Instructions were missed, communication was poor and there seemed to be little consistency or accountability when something went wrong.

We weren't simply looking for someone who loved animals. 

We wanted professionals who knew what they were doing, communicated properly, followed instructions, had reliable systems in place and delivered the same high standard every time.

We realised these qualities shouldn't be exceptional — they should be the foundation of a professional pet care service.

That experience became the reason we created Paragon Pet Care: a company built around knowledgeable care, dependable people, clear communication and the systems and standards needed to give owners genuine peace of mind.
