Yes. We’re happy to follow your pet’s normal routine, including safely moving them between hutches, runs, indoor areas or other suitable accommodation.
For example, we can move rabbits or guinea pigs into their run in the morning and return them to their secure accommodation later in the day.
We’ll follow your usual handling method and instructions, taking into account each animal’s temperament, confidence and individual needs. If an animal is particularly nervous or difficult to handle, we’ll discuss the safest approach with you beforehand
Yes. We can arrange multiple visits where your pets’ routine requires it — for example, a morning visit to feed, clean and move them into a run, followed by an evening visit to bring them back in, provide dinner and secure them for the night.
We care for rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, rats, mice, gerbils, degus, chinchillas and many other small mammals. If your pet isn’t listed, just ask — we’re always happy to discuss their individual care requirements
Yes. We can support pets requiring routine medication as part of their care, including oral, topical and other prescribed treatments where appropriate. Once you have onboarded each pet has their own medical section of their care profile for you to update and let us know what's required.
Yes. Maintaining a clean environment is part of our small animal care. Depending on the visit booked and your instructions, this can include litter trays, bedding changes, spot cleaning, food areas, water bottles/bowls and general habitat maintenance.
Absolutely. We regularly care for multi-pet households. The most suitable visit length will depend on the number of animals, their housing and the complexity of their individual routines.
Yes. Nail trimming is available for suitable small animal species, including rabbits and guinea pigs. This can be arranged separately or alongside other care where appropriate.
