The procedure is very quick and often times the pet will not respond at all to the procedure, it's the same as when your pet receives a vaccination. It may feel like a sharp scratch, the same as at the doctors!

The procedure only takes a second, however, if the pet is difficult with handling then the length of time will be determined by the cooperation of your pet

About the size of a grain of rice. It's tiny, safe and sits just under the skin - your pet won't even know it's there

Yes, the chip lasts a lifetime, it doesn't need replacing or charging

You will have to pay a once off registration fee to an online animal database, this is currently £9.99 (2025)

You will be able to update your details at any time on your choosen animal database.


We currently use Animal Tracker, but we can register them to a database of your choosing.

We chip for cats, dogs and small animals, such as rabbits
