From First Day to First Year
We're here for every milestone - toilet training, teething, socialising and everything in between.
Stage 1
Early days (8 - 14 weeks)
- Visits for toilet breaks, feeding, playtime & naps...of course!
- Reinforcing basic commands name & recall
- Preventing early separation anxiety
- Positive introductions to handling, new experiences & people
Stage 2
Next Stage (14+ weeks)
- Lead walking, crate training, confidence & engagement building
- Gentle boundary setting (mouthing, jumping, calm greetings)
- Foundation of recall, loose lead walking
From 24 weeks (6-months) owners choose to opt into group walk sessions alongside regular visits for correct socialisation with other dogs.
More Than Just a Visit
15 or 30 minute visits
Choose the right level of support for your schedule and your puppy's needs. Whether it's a quick toilet break or a full enrichment session, we tailor it to you.
We recommend a 30-minute visit at stage 2, the visit is split between walking and then feeding just before we leave - once they have settled down - ready for a snooze!
Behaviour support
Our professionally trained team will gently shape good behaviours and habits - guiding your puppy through all the different growth and developmental stages
Daily photo / video & progress notes
We keep you updated at every step, at every minute, we'll send you updates, including photos, videos and behaviour notes after every visit, let you know how they ate, whether they toileted etc.
We will also clean up any accidents left and change over any bedding, if needed. Nothing is too much for our team, we're here to support you!
Introductory training that develops transferable skills
We will introduce your puppy to early cues such as sit, recall, calm greetings and can help teach basic tricks & commands on our visits.
Private puppy walks
Once your puppy is fully vaccinated and ready for walks, we will help build up their confidence and get them used to the outside world.
Nail trimming & handling desensitisation
We use positive reinforcement methods to get your puppy used to being handled and comfortable with essential care, such as nail trims, brushing and towel drying - laying the groundwork for stress free vet visits and grooming later on in life.
